Apple shipped 14.1 million units in the third quarter of 2010 to cement their place in the top 5 mobile vendors. The release of the popular iPhone 4 has boosted their standing and have seen them overtake R.I.M makers of the Blackberry. Samsung have cemented their place in the top two with their smartphone the Galaxy, Nokia remain top however are having to up the stakes with their smartphones to keep their grip on the market.
